Subject: [PATCH] Changed the active(release) compile setting from MT to MD to
 bring it in line with all of the other Nmap projects to fix the ' 8>LINK :
 warning LNK4098: defaultlib 'LIBCMT' conflicts with use of other libs; use
 /NODEFAULTLIB:library'
