Main changes on script http-open-proxy.nse:

- Attempts requests using HEAD and CONNECT also (not only GET, as before).
- Script now accepts destination url for doing the test as argument
- Chekings now are made using response code (200, 301, 302) and no longer google server header

Checks if an HTTP proxy is open.
The script attempts to connect to www.google.com through the (possible) proxy and checks
for a <code>Server: gws</code> header field in the response.
for a valid HTTP response code.
Valid HTTP response codes are actually: 200, 301, 302.
If the target is an open proxy, this script causes the target to retrieve a
web page from www.google.com.
