Remove some verbosity in the output of http-favicon.nse. There's no need
...
to say "Found favicon from". Only print out the digest of an
unrecognized icon with some verbosity.

Have http-favicon.nse look for favicon-db in nselib/data like the other
...
scripts look for their data files.
