Add the beginning of a manual page for Zenmap. This includes
...
description, options summary, environment variables, bugs, history, and
authors sections. It doesn't have how-to sections, which I would like to
have next.
This is my first foray into DocBook. I'm using version 4.5 of the DTD. I
had to hard-code that number into the document type declaration to get
it to build.
The command lines I'm using to build are
xsltproc --xinclude --output zenmap.1 /usr/share/sgml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets/manpages/docbook.xsl zenmap.xml
xsltproc --xinclude --output zenmap.html /usr/share/sgml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets/html/docbook.xsl zenmap.xml

Remove the artificial cap on the number of ping scan ports and protocols. Port

lists for ping scan now use the same syntax as the -p option except that T:,
U:, and P: are not allowed.

Making a change to the IPProto ping section in the refguide: adding TCP and UDP to the list of protocols sent with additional headers. I removed these from the refguide by mistake when removing them from being sent by default

Unix installation now places NSELib dynamic libraries in 'libexec' rather than 'share' directories, since they are architecture dependent. Thanks to Christoph J. Thompson for the patch.

Move about a hundred indexterms so that they fall within inline blocks such as para, also put them in term elements of varlists rather than the listitem element. This vodoo seems to improve rendering to PDF, as the DocBook XSL stylesheets (or maybe FOP) otherwise adds extra vertical space where the indexterm is, as if it was its own para block
