Update the Nmap copyright/license files. This isn't the new Nmap Public Source License we've been discussing on the list, but rather just a 'quick patch' to hopefully prevent some of the abuse we've been seeing from companies lately. More details on the changes will be posted to the dev list. Also, the copyright year was updated to 2013 (which is the only change to Nsock license statements).

Moved the setuid check from main.cc to nmap.cc after option parsing so that I can use error() and have it write to output file with --log-errors, etc. I did receive a complaint that the setuid warning isn't converted to script kiddie mode when -oS is enabled. If we decide that we want script kiddify error messages, we'll have to add that support to error()

Move get/set_program_name from main.cc to nmap.cc.
...
This is for technical reasons; nmap-private-dev programs need to link
against objects files but they can't link against main.o because that
results in a duplicate definition of main.

o Removed --interactive mode, a miniature shell whose primary purpose

was to hide command line arguments from the process list. It had
been broken (would segfault during the second scan) since before May
2009 until February 2010 and was rarely used. The fact that it was
broken was reported by Juan Carlos Castro y Castro.

Signal handling fixes: fixed nbase configure to actually set HAVE_SIGNAL

properly so our signal handing code actually activates. But our signal
handling code was a bit questionable in many respects, so I removed most
of it under the theory that it hasn't been working for years and nobody
seemed to notice/care, so we presumably don't really need it. And if we
do decide to add it again, we basically will need to do it over because
we now want to do it safely from a reentrancy perspective. In particular,
I removed sigdie() and reaper(). We still have a few signal() calls. In
particular, we ignore SIGPIPE and we set SIGINT, SIGTERM, SIGHUP, and
SIGSEGV to the defaults (SIG_DFL) explicitly. Thanks to Ithilgore, Luis,
and Solar Designer in particular for fidning or commenting on the issue.

Changed a few error() calls to log_write(). Removed the (redundant)

"\n" from a few error() calls. Changed a few f?printf() calls to
error() or log_write().
Most notably, I didn't change any of the --interactive printf()s or
the usage printf() call.
I think we should draw up some internal notes on when to use
LOG_STDOUT versus LOG_PLAIN versus all the other LOG_* options.

Adding Snprintf() and Vsnprintf() to nbase/nbase_str.c. This is because of Windows' stupid implementation where it doesn't write a NULL byte at the end of the buffer if the result is truncated. I would've just #defined snprintf and vsnprintf to some wrapper function for Windows, but this doesn't work as libdnet and libpcap (and libpcap includes under mswin32) define snprintf to _snprintf and vsnprintf to _vsnprintf like we do, and through the many defines they end up being available in the Nmap sources. Vsnprintf() uses vsnprintf() (and writes a NULL byte at the end if truncated), and Snprintf uses Vsnprintf().
