kris 3ddaa848eb Recompiled OpenSSL with VC++2008 and updated upgrade-guide.txt to reflect build changes between VC++2005 and 2008. I meant to do this sooner, but it slipped my mind. Thanks to Thomas and Jah for discussing it.
