d33tah 8f84863a23 add NCAT_LOCAL_ADDR, NCAT_LOCAL_PORT, NCAT_REMOTE_ADDR, NCAR_REMOTE_PORT, ...

NCAT_REMOTE_ADDR environment variables set in all --*-exec child processes.
