Nathan Stocks reported the crash:
Unexpected error in NSE_TYPE_READ callback.  Error code: 101 (Network is unreachable)
It was traced to a middlebox sending admin-prohibited messages, which
were surfacing in the socket API as ENETUNREACH.

Compare to r17488, which added EPROTO.
