david 8725d37b47 Avoid rebuilding nmap every time "make" is run. The target "all" takes
care of building all prerequisites. One downside is that you can't do
"make nmap" in an clean tree any more, if anyone ever did that. You have
to do "make" once to build the prerequisites. This is how Automake does
it. I'll keep thinking about this.

Here are the docs for nmap. You would be better
off checking the website at http://www.insecure.org/nmap
for the latest information. Also if the man page is installed
correctly you should be able to 'man nmap'. The man page is more
up-to-date than the article. See nmap-manpage.html for an html version
of it.
