david a2b7e309ce With --with-libpcap=included, link driectly against libpcap/libpcap.a instead 
of adding -Llibpcap/ -lpcap to LDFLAGS. The latter, at least on OS X, still
links dynamically against the system installation of libpcap. This is
consistent with how --with-libpcre=included works.

Changed the build system a bit. Removed Makefile.am since we no longer have all the files needed to recreate it in the libpcre directory anyway. I had to edit Makefile.in to remove references to it too. Removed some configure.ac code which lead to removing pcre_chartables.cc; regenerated configure and aclocal

Fixed a couple bugs in the smb-* scripts involving undeclared variables. These only cropped up if the guest/anonymous accounts were disabled, which I'd never seen before.
