fyodor cb799fcef9 merge soc07 r4852:4858 - Added nmap specific information (name/lang/company/copyright etc.) to windows installer. Need to come up with a way to automate the version information in both the .rc and the .nsis file. Now nmap registers with add/remove programs. Updated winpcap to version 4.0. winpcap 4.0 - removed files no longer needed from winpcap 3.1 installtion.

This may sound weird, but I just cut nse_macros.h in half. The same thing was put in twice, so I deleted the second one (half of the file). I split it into two files/halves to test it out, and a diff came up empty. So yeah :)

docs/README 

Here are the docs for nmap.  You would be better
off checking the website at http://www.insecure.org/nmap
for the latest information.  Also if the man page is installed
correctly you should be able to 'man nmap'.  The man page is more 
up-to-date than the article.  See nmap-manpage.html for an html version
of it.
