fyodor f55b9364ab Undo OpenSSL-in-rpms change for right now. My build systems don't have libkrb5.a, which is used by my openssl libraries and needed 
to compile statically against them.  So I need to either build a libkrb5.a or a version of openssl which doesn't depend
on Kerberos.
