give the error: SCRIPT ENGINE: C:\Program
  Files\Nmap\nselib/http.lua:77: attempt to call field 'parse' (a nil
  value) [Jah]

Also added Win2K dependencies section to nmap-install (I should have
done a separate checkin for that)
