Bernardo Damele 16b4530bbe Minor bug fixes to --os-shell (altought web backdoor functionality still to be reviewed). 
Minor common library code refactoring.
Code cleanup.
Set back the default User-Agent to sqlmap for comparison algorithm reasons.
